Moje zdziwienie jest tym większe, że przecież obaj jesteśmy członkami władz krajowych Platformy Obywatelskiej, a wypowiadając się publicznie o działaniu struktur PO w powiecie nie porozmawiał Pan wcześniej ze mną, tylko skorzystał z informacji dostarczonych – jak się domyślam – przez inne osoby, niekoniecznie przychylne naszemu ugrupowaniu. Nie sądzę, że wykazuje się Pan złą wolą, tylko prawdopodobnie ktoś wprowadził Pana w błąd, bo fakty są zgoła inne. Platforma w powiecie koalicję z PiS tworzy od sześciu lat, i w tym względzie nic

Nie mogliśmy o budowaniu nowej większości rozmawiać z Mieczysławem Krasem, ponieważ nie był dla nas żadnym partnerem. Sam nie jest radnym powiatowym i nie miał oraz nie ma do dziś swojego klubu w radzie, z którym możliwe byłoby zawarcie koalicji i skuteczne rządzenie powiatem.
Panie Ministrze, członkowie PO oraz radni powiatowi Platformy w powiecie tarnowskim to ludzie odpowiedzialni. Nie tylko za formację, którą reprezentują, ale także za rozwój ziemi tarnowskiej.
